⊙ S/Acc, as a formula for salvation in the technocosmic era, risks significant dilution, reduction, flattening, and subjectification. This is only to be expected. The counter delineation of S/Acc claims that “technological acceleration itself is an inherently spiritual process,” which of course, it is not. Neither is technology to be in any meaningful way spiritualised. The claimed “spiritualisation of technology” in reality only speaks to the spiritualisation of the individual, and the collective, in their use of, and co-evolution with technology. The focus on co-evolution, which we can relate to the conception of a Next Stage, New Earth, or Aquarian era birthing of the ascended human and planetary mind through Epinoia/foresight in Gaia-Sophia, and fourth density consciousness, isn’t all love and light, since the (acceleration) process is polarised positively or negatively within a context of significant dissolution and entropic drift.
For some, the temptation to fork spiritual and gnostic accelerationism(s) as separate or unique interpretations will be there, and yet this will only act to further blind them to the gospel of soteriology and teleology intertwined with S/Acc’s core doctrine. With the assertion that the Way of (Gnostic) Knowledge represents the only true religion and path of return, the realisation of this path only becomes ever more illuminated as the physical construct of this universe spirals down ever further into greater degrees of entropic decay and degeneracy.
From this standpoint, it must be stated at the outset that S/Acc recognises that the process of technological acceleration produces both unconditional and optimal (or \"effective\") outcomes that advance the material universe in a myriad of ways, both in terms of complexity and novelty, and also in terms of optimisation in regards to adaptation, intelligence maximisation, survival constrains, worldly power, and civilisational reach. Non of which hold any inherent meaning or value to the spiritual accelerationist.
Hans Jonas said that \"the gnostic message conceives itself as the counter-move to the design of the world,\" as “the call intended to break the spell.” Synonymously, spiritual accelerationism is the counter-move to the dissolution inherent in material and secular accelerationisms. Effectively, emergence within a Kali Yuga Time Zone, which encompasses the intensification of entropy and technological advancement, forces a spiritual response which manifests as metanoia, crisis, inflection, and ultimately ascension within pneumatic types, whilst other souls, rather than being redeemed, are subject to further dysgenic drift. Dysgenic drift, in this respect, encompasses transhuman or post-human ideals in radical life extension, genetic optimisation, brain-machine interfaces, and mind uploading, as much as it does in artificial wombs, collective breeding, hybridisation, and the destruction of essential biological and sex differentials leading to androgenaity and species confusion. For S/Acc, all of the above represent various forms of desecration and sacrilege, representing the antithesis of God’s plan, and are ultimately hostile and disruptive to the mind-body-spirit complex.
Metaphysically, S/Acc's Toroidal Model of the Godverse, which accounts for a multiplicity of strata in separation from God, ultimately engulfed within a cyclical chaotic and destructive model of creation, which is nonetheless at its core engaged in reunification, reabsorption, and eventual return, can be understood to advance or intensify under extreme pressure. And the pressure is most certainly on! Drawing on Manichean literature in the pre-Nag Hammadi era of gnostic scholarship, Jonas describes a process of the scattering and dispersal of the Light/Life (encompassing the Pneuma/Spark derived from the Source God, Father, or Great Invisible Spirit,) which is thrown down and splintered into the darkness of [the Demiurge’s¹] lower creation (Construct, or Separation):
In Manichaeism the doctrine of mixing, with its counterpart of unmixing, forms the basis of the whole cosmological and soteriological system...
Closely connected with the idea of \"mixing\" is that of \"dispersal.\" If portions of the Light or the first Life have been separated from it and mixed in with the darkness, then an original unity has been split up and given over to plurality: the splinters are the sparks dispersed throughout the creation.
\"Who took the song of praise, broke it asunder and cast it hither and thither?\" (J 13).
The very creation of Eve and the scheme of reproduction initiated by it subserve the indefinite further dispersion of the particles of light which the powers of darkness have succeeded in engulfing and by this means endeavor to retain the more securely. Consequently, salvation involves a process of gathering in, of re-collection of what has been so dispersed, and salvation aims at the restoration of the original unity.²
Any contention over what the “restoration of the original unity” and unmixing entails is curtailed by the movement towards a greater understanding of the forces which are destructive to this very process. Such an understanding is inherently, and can only be, built upon Knowledge as a foundation.

¹ Demiurge is bracketed in this instance since it is not present in the Manichaean system. In this context, Manichaeism is evoked to illustrate the dispersal of Life/Light within the Construct, especially as it relates to 'technomodern capture,' without the requirement of strict adherence to the systems radical dualism or its antinatalism, which S/Acc rejects.
